Information Clause

Pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (Official Journal of the EU, 2016, L 119, p. 1), we inform you that:

1. The controller of your personal data is the Polish Social Psychological Society (PSPS), with its registered office at Chodakowska 19/31, 03-815 Warsaw (hereinafter: PSPS).
   2. The purpose for which PSPS processes personal data is the management of membership fee records. The processing also serves to fulfill PSPS’s legitimate interests. Additionally, the processing of personal data by PSPS aims to:
   a) document contract execution for tax purposes,
   b) ensure the highest quality of contracts.
   3. In specific situations, the Controller may transfer/entrust your data to other entities. The basis for data transfer is legal provisions. PSPS transfers personal data to the following categories of entities:
   a) authorities and supervisory bodies,
   b) tax administration and entities related to social services (e.g., ZUS, PFRON),
   c) companies/persons providing IT support services for PSPS and supplying IT software.

I consent to the processing of my personal data by the Polish Social Psychological Society, with its registered office at Chodakowska 19/31, 03-815 Warsaw, for the purpose necessary to verify membership fees, in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR).
