Membership
General information on membership and dues
As stated in the Statute of the Polish Social Psychological Society, there are three main forms of membership status:
- Regular,
- Junior,
- Honorary.
A regular member is:
A founding member of the Society
A person with a doctoral degree with scientific achievements in social psychology, recommended by two other regular members and approved by the PSPS Board.
A junior member:
A person with a university degree, with academic achievements in social psychology, recommended by two regular members and approved by the PSPS Board, may become a junior member.
A junior member may apply for the status of a regular member after obtaining a doctoral degree under the terms of Article 10(2) of the PSPS Statute. Junior membership shall cease upon resignation from applying for a doctoral degree or failure to obtain a doctoral degree within 5 years of membership.
Fees
Membership fees for a regular member (since 2014) – PLN 200, for a junior member (since 2014) – PLN 100.
