For over two decades, the Polish Social Psychological Society has supported the scientific development of social psychology in Poland. We create a community in which researchers, doctoral candidates, and psychology students come together to share knowledge and experience, develop their skills, and collaborate on new research projects.
PSPS offers three membership categories tailored to different career stages and levels of engagement in social psychology: junior, regular, and honorary.
Read, apply, and recommend!
JUNIOR MEMBERSHIP | If you are a student or a young researcher, junior membership is designed especially for you. To apply, you must complete the questionnaire available at the following link. Additionally, recommendations from two regular members are required; they provide their references by completing a short form available here.
As a junior member, you can, among other things:
REGULAR MEMBERSHIP | Regular membership is dedicated to individuals who hold a doctoral degree and have a scientific track record in social psychology. To apply, you must complete the application form available here. In addition, you are required to provide recommendations from two regular members, who are asked to submit them via this link.
Becoming a regular member grants both active and passive voting rights, as well as the right to:
HONORARY MEMBERSHIP | Honorary membership is awarded to individuals with exceptional contributions to the development of social psychology. A nomination may be submitted to the Main Board by a group of at least five PSPS regular members – your turn may come!
SUMMARY | Being a PSPS member is not only a formal affiliation but, above all, an opportunity to participate in an environment that fosters collaboration, scientific growth, and meaningful professional connections.
By joining PSPS, you become part of a community that actively shapes social psychology in Poland and contributes to its future. We invite you to submit your applications and to recommend PSPS to those who may be interested in joining.
